Production Stages
In the process of establishing feed production facilities, all stages from raw material procurement, grinding and mixing, pelletizing, cooling and packaging are carried out meticulously. The highest quality standards are adhered to at every step and the plant is ready to operate at full capacity at the end of the process.
Dosing Unit
In feed factories, it ensures that the ingredients that can be added to the feed are weighed in very small quantities with high precision and added into the mixer.
Crushing Unit
It is a spiral system that provides regular and continuous material feeding for the crusher mill to operate at optimum capacity.
Mixing Unit
Double shaft horizontal mixers are suitable machines for homogeneous mixing of various powder and granule particles. They are used to mix animal feed, agricultural food, vitamin supplements and grains.
Vitamin Additive
It is designed to add the desired amount of vitamins to the product. Vitamins are added to the machine and added to the system in the desired proportions. The mixer, which is usually mounted on a screw helix, provides the mixture of vitamins that it discharges into the helix.
Pelletizing Unit
Pelletizing requires just the right combination of force, moisture and temperature to achieve the perfect consistency. Our ability to achieve this perfect combination comes from configuring the right equipment in your processing line.
Cooling Unit
It is used to cool pelletized products and bring them to a level almost equal to the ambient temperature. The product is cooled by drawing air through the fan. The hot product is continuously fed into the cooling chamber through the air lock.
Screening Control Unit
Circular sieves are used in the processing and classification of granule or powder products of various sizes. Depending on the sieve diameter and structure, it sends the product to the process or to be reprocessed according to the necessary cleaning and classification process.
Storage - Product Unit
In free-flowing tanks, it ensures that the product inside the tank (wheat-bran-flour etc.) is discharged properly. The outlet, which is connected to the main body with joints, is driven by a vibrating motor and ensures the regular flow of the product.
Packaging Unit
They are semi- and fully automatic machines that can be designed according to the product and weight to be bagged. Their dimensions and design can be completely changed according to the capacity. They can be used in many different product groups.
