Simultaneously maintaining speed and quality in the production processes of giant integrated facilities requires superior engineering. In this process, which preserves the physical and nutritional structure of the ration, the product is cooled gently and homogeneously by drawing air through the fan. The circulation is uninterrupted; the hot product is continuously fed into the cooling chamber through the air lock.

This prevents pressure fluctuations and keeps the vacuum power in the system completely stable at all times. The independent operation of the upper and lower decks during recipe changes makes it impossible for massive tonnages to mix. The product is cooled by drawing air through the upper conical air inlet inside the dual-layer chamber, thereby ensuring an equal thermal balance from the core to the surface even in the thickest pellet batches.
