As the ultimate quality control point in professional feed production, the ACS2020 Single Deck Cooler takes process efficiency to the peak by operating on the counter-flow principle. The hot and moist product is continuously and homogeneously fed into the cooling chamber through the airlock. In this system, air drawn from the bottom through a high-pressure fan encounters hot pellets descending from the top. This air, drawn from the upper conical air inlet, creates a millimetric cooling field at every point of the product. The smooth discharge of the cooled product into the outlet hopper is ensured by the specially designed grate discharge system.

The precise movement of the grate system minimizes the friction and breakage of the pellets, preventing dust formation.
