The AJF36 is a professional powerhouse designed to manage the heavy dust loads of large-scale industrial plants and guarantee air purity. Jet filter is one of the most advanced systems used for cleaning dust-laden air, offering a wide filtration area with its 36-bag structure. Produced with Atlas Yem's rational engineering approach, this unit plays a key role in central aspiration towers or high-tonnage grinding systems as it can be used with positive or negative pressure. It maximizes raw material recovery by capturing indoor dust emissions at the source.
Developed for industrial purity and sustainability, the AJF36 offers a rational discipline in cleaning dust-laden air. Dust-laden air entering the system is filtered by specially woven polyester dust bags. Dust accumulated on the bag surface is cleaned by the jet pulse system at intervals determined by the electronic timer.
Thanks to its flexibility to be used with positive or negative pressure, it increases fan efficiency by minimizing system pressure losses. Atlas Yem’s sealed body design prevents even the finest micron particles from spreading to the environment. This rational process both protects employee health and reinforces the overall fire and explosion safety of the facility (in line with ATEX standards).
